Overview

DUCKLINGTON SOLAR LIMITED reviews legally valid requests from public authorities for data under its control in accordance with applicable law and its data-protection obligations.

Submitting a request

Authorised agencies should write to admin@miyakophro.shop with the subject “Official Data Request”, identifying the requesting authority, legal basis, scope, applicable jurisdiction and authorised contact details. Requests may also be directed to the registered office.

We may seek confirmation of authenticity, request clarification, challenge requests that are overbroad or unlawful, and disclose only information that we are legally required or permitted to provide. Submission alone does not guarantee disclosure.

Emergency circumstances

For urgent situations involving imminent risk, authorities should use applicable emergency channels and clearly state the relevant legal basis. This email is not an emergency dispatch or emergency-response service.
